HOW WE SETTLED IN TEXAS

When Covid hit in 2020, we decided to leave our home state of Washington, as honestly it was just getting too nutty for us, so we decided to sell it all, quit our jobs and hit the road in a fifth wheel.

We drove to every state in the U.S., meeting some of the greatest people and seeing so many incredible things. After almost two years on the road our son was ready to get back to consistent friends and activities, and we knew Celina Texas was going to be our new home. We sold the trailer and bought a house downtown that needed a lot of work.

At the time we had no idea of the planned growth in Collin County, which the magnitude and speed of it all is simply unbelievable. But as the county transitions into a big city, so comes new ideas and ways of living.

This is why the Spencer’s have stood up their business here, as to hopefully play a small part in retaining that beauty and heritage of the small town that brought us here, all while incorporating the luxuries and conveniences of new design, functionality, and accessibility into our home and community.

BRINGING YOUR PINTEREST DREAMS TO LIFE

Like many women do, Brenda would lie awake at night scrolling through images of homes that captured her design and creative personality which embodied the heart of her own home. Erik would awaken to images tagged as ‘honey do’ and would then add his own spin to them as to enhance the overall, look, quality and function. Erik already had over twenty years of experience in construction, from new home builds, concrete work, commercial building, complete home remodels, home insurance repairs, and luxury outdoor living spaces, so tackling Brenda’s projects came with ease. However, it awakened a creativity beyond your common construction materials and into maximizing spaces that become unique and even conversational.

You may have noticed that we put it all on the line with our company – our entire family name and identity stands behind our work. Google your local companies, and for many you may have no idea who owns and or operates them. Therefore, any badmouthing of the company’s reputation has a sort of distance between them and the owners. However, we are as much of the face of our company as the company portfolio itself. WHAT WE DO

We literally will do most anything. Erik’s experience started with simple foundation and concrete work. After serving in the Air Force his experience ventured into home renovations and repairs, commercial building and repairs, and luxury outdoor living spaces. He obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business and Information Systems, so he enjoys incorporating technology into projects. At this juncture, we just want to build cool things for even cooler people. Let’s dream up something together that increases yours and your family’s quality of living.
